Q: How is my product design protected during the R&D stage?

We attach great importance to the protection of customers' intellectual property rights. All projects will sign a NDA with you and implement a strict confidentiality management policy in the factory to ensure that your design concepts and trade secrets are fully protected.
Q: Can Brightstar make design for me?
A:
We do not provide design services at this time, but we can provide the best production solution based on your drawings to ensure that your design is perfectly converted into high-quality products.
Q: Which drawing format do you prefer in quotation?
A:
All processing is based on complete 3D data. We need you to provide 3D data files in STEP, IGES, X_T or STL format for processing analysis and price evaluation. If there are dimensional tolerance requirements, please provide 2D files in DWG or PDF format.
Q: Do you provide material inspection certificates and FAI inspection reports?
A:
The material certificate needs to be notified in advance when you place an order. The type and format of the material certificate is required so that we can provide it to you accurately according to the batch.
