Production Process Management
We have established a comprehensive quality control system to ensure that every CNC-machined part meets requirements.
Pre-processing: Raw materials are rigorously inspected to verify material grade, chemical composition, mechanical properties, and other indicators to ensure they meet quality standards. Drawings are reviewed for process quality, and detailed processing procedures and quality control points are developed.
Process control: Operators conduct first-article inspections and routine checks of processed parts every hour, using tools such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators to measure dimensions. Online inspection equipment is used in key processes to monitor processing dimensions in real time and adjust processing parameters promptly.
Post-processing: Finished products undergo full-dimensional inspection using high-precision testing equipment such as Zeiss CMM, optical projector, and roughness tester to comprehensively verify part dimensions, form and position tolerances, and surface quality. Inspection data is automatically archived for traceability.
