In our factory, there are 12 units of DMU 950 and Hermle 5-axis machining equipment, which have held significant advantages in the field of precision machining. Equipped with a ruby probe automatic compensator, they can monitor the movement state of each axis of the CNC machine center and the tool position in real-time during the machining process. When the machine tool has slight deviations due to factors such as thermal deformation and mechanical wear, the ruby automatic compensator can quickly capture these changes and feed back the deviation data to the machine control system. The system then makes precise adjustments to the tool path or coordinate axis position according to the preset algorithm, ensuring that the machining always maintains a high-precision level.

3+2 positioning 5-axis is a compromise between pure 3-axis machining and full 5-axis CNC machine. Through positioning 3+ 2-axis machining, it is particularly advantageous for parts with multiple angles, polyhedrons, and primarily hole systems and flat surfaces, without the need for complex surface cutting. This is especially true in small-batch production where cost, efficiency, and precision are a key considerations.
