Drawing Conversion & Programming

After receiving customer drawings, our technical team first performs 3D modeling using specialized software such as UG and Mastercam, converting 2D drawings into a solid model. During the modeling process, they focus on key part dimensions, tolerance requirements, and assembly relationships to ensure the model fully complies with customer requirements. The programming phase utilizes parametric programming technology to automatically generate machining programs based on the part's machining process. For complex curved parts, the CAM software's toolpath optimization function reduces idle tool travel and improves machining efficiency. Furthermore, machining programs are verified using a virtual simulation system to check for tool collisions with parts and fixtures, eliminating machining risks in advance. Once programming is complete, the program is uploaded to a cloud database for easy access by various machining equipment.


Processing Efficiency Improvement Plan

Using grouping technology together with similar structures and processes, develop unified processing techniques and fixture plans to reduce process setup time. Furthermore, we rationally manage equipment loads and dynamically schedule processing tasks through the production management system to increas equipment utilization from 70% to over 90%.
